additional expenses

Any programmes at a creative educational institution inevitably require materials, apart from digital media, to produce professional art and design portfolios. Therefore, students must budget for extra expenses not covered by the materials levy.

international levy

International students (excluding students from SADC countries), must pay an additional international levy at registration, which is set as follows:

Year 1 = R20 000

Year 2 = R10 000

Year 3 = R6 000

Honours = R20 000

Any foreign receipt bank charges will be recouped and billed against the student’s account.

applying for loans

CTCA is a fully accredited creative university with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). This accreditation enables students to apply for study loans through major South African banks using CTCA’s official accreditation reference.
