The Bachelor of Arts Honours in Visual Communication (SAQA ID 119135, NQF Level 8) is a postgraduate qualification designed for graduates seeking to deepen their creative research, conceptual development and professional practice. This programme aims to highlight the role and importance of creatives as critical cultural workers as part of the institution’s mission to contribute to the growth and development of design discourse and practice on the African continent.

Students complete a self-directed research project supported by academic supervisors, contributing to contemporary design discourse.
