Syd is an artist and educator with over twenty years of experience working with the medium of photography – both digital and analogue.
Her fifteen years of teaching experience range from facilitating practical workshops, teaching at various public schools in South Korea and, after earning a Master’s in Visual Arts Education, lecturing on Visual literacy and Photography at various Cape Town higher education institutions.
Her favourite quote to encourage creativity: “First make it exist, then make it good!” Syd currently works as the Learning and Teaching Coordinator at CTCA.
